The Ultimar Condos are located on beautiful Sand Key, just south of Clearwater Beach,
Florida. There are three buildings (Developed by USX the original developer of Sand Key) directly on the beautiful Sand Key Beaches with the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. Ultimar I was built in 1991, has 19 floors and 114 condo units. Ultimar II was build in 1992, has 23 floors and 138 condo units and Ultimar III was built in 1995, has 18 floors and 100 condo units.
