We are happy to announce that the New Home Buyers Tax Credit has been extended thru April 2010. It was due to expire at the end of 2009. This is great news for any first timer buyers who wish to purchase a home within the next 5 months. The bill extends the popular $8,000 credit for first time home buyers, plus the program expands the credit to include $6,500 for existing homeowners who wish to purchase another home.

Opening Day at Quail Creek
Today is the opening day at Quail Creek Country Club Naples, Florida Women's Golf Association.
The theme today will be Mad Hatter's Tea Party and I know there will be some crazy hats worn by the ladies.

On average, the closed sales price was almost 86% of list price, or in other words, homes actually sold for about 86% of asking.
There was only one bank owned foreclosure sold in the same time period, which was the lowest price unit for $1.15M.
