I just sold a luxury home in Destiny By The Sea in Destin Florida. I acted as a buyer's agent in the transaction and my client is very happy with his purchase. This home was a short sale and it took over 6 months from contract to closing. The process took a while longer than normal because the seller was able to negotiate a full waiver of deficiency and we negotiated very hard on price.
