What a glorious place to live, play and yes work in. Fort Lauderdale is famous for our white sandy beaches and balmy breezes but did you know we also have a vibrant real estate market? Often overshadowed by not so distant Miami, we get included in their real estate stats which show a much different picture. We actually have a very small inventory of new construction available including condo highrises. Prices have also stabalized in most of our markets east of highway US 1, but there are great buys still to be had.
