Paseo Fort Myers Foreclosures

Everyone knows Paseo Fort Myers is one of the most incredible communities in Southwest Florida. You do not have to take my word for it, Paseo has won the title of "Community of the Year" 4 years in a row.
What makes the community even more appealing to consumers is the fact that you can not only purchase single family homes, townhomes, casitas, flats, and split-level townhomes directly from Stock Development, but you can also purchase resales, short sales, and foreclosures in the community.
If you are looking to stay away from the Paseo Fort Myers foreclosures and prefer new construction, you can visit Paseo's website directly. You will find a lot of great information about floor plans, available new construction and contact information. Stock Development has done a great job of remaining competitive with the market, so this could be a great option for you.

The homeowners who purchased these typically took out no mortgage, a small mortgage, or is willing to bring cash to the table to close the deal. Short Sales: By the very nature of our current real estate market, short sales are in inevitable part of life. These sellers are typically VERY motivated, but the process can also be VERY frustrating for the buyer as well. There are two very popular communities in southwest Florida - Paseo in Fort Myers and Ole at Lely Resort in Naples.

From time-to-time properties will be listed as "on a Quad." In fact, I have two such listings in Paseo right now - red circled. So, what's a Quad? Highly coveted...the photo below will help explain.

As you can see the Quads are identified. They are rectangular blocks with townhomes and flats built around the perimeter. In the center is an exclusive-use swimming pool, lounge area, and barbecue area for residents of the Quad. It a great place to meet and relax with your immediate neighbors. The blue circle outlines townhomes and flats not on a Quad and the yellow circle outlines Casitas. Casitas are never built on a Quad. By the way, those empty areas for future construction...they're all under construction now and mostly pre-sold but, there are new units available.

What's a Quad? Condominium units built around the perimeter of a rectangle with a swimming pool, barbecue area, sitting and gethering area in the inside has come to be know as a Quad. Think of it as a large courtyard for the excusive use of the owners with units around the Quad. It's like having a semi-private swimming pool right in your back yard!
The Quad is a great place to get together with your neighbors for a refreshment, share a barbecuse, or just to relax after a hard afternoon swimming laps in the pool!
The release of the new Quad will represent the first opportunity to buy a new unit on a Quad in years. From time-to-time a resale unit on the existing Quads will become available as is one of my listings is now - Pizazz Designer decorated Santa Barbara 3BR Townhouse.
