I toured a lovely home (actually two lovely homes) at the White Cap Beach Condos the other day.
Having passed by this condominium development many times, I was always struck by the classic architecture and presence of the buildings on Estero Blvd. So when presented with the opportunity to tour the home interior I was curious about what I would find. (You know...sometimes the exterior promises but the interior fails to deliver.)
Well, I was not disappointed! White Cap Beach Condos more than delivered in quality, style, livability and of course, magnificent gulf views. The three story buildings offer ground level parking and elevator access to the homes.
I toured a home with about 1,000 sq. ft. and a home with about 1,900 sq. ft. Both condominiums offer fully furnished upscale style and finishes, with the added elegance of crown molding, tray ceilings, jacuzzi tub and much more in the larger of the two homes.
The property at the White Cap Beach Condos in Fort Myers Beach offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grill, beach chairs and towels, and beach access right across the street (remember the outstanding view I mentioned?)
If a rental investment is on your list of requirements, you’ll be happy to know that White Cap offers a generous 7-day rental minimum for each week of the year.
A short walk will take residents to the Snook Bight Marina for boat rentals and chartered fishing. And, the Bayfront Bistro is located at the marina as well. This upscale restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience as well as front row seats to the quietly magnificent bay. My family and I absolutely loved our Thanksgiving dinner experience at the Bayfront Bistro.
On a more practical note, the Publix grocery store is in the same area, so walk if you can, drive if you must...but either way it’s a painless trip to the grocery.
