Pure investors look at caps. They want to know what will they net at the end of the year after all expenses are paid off. That is the bottom line. Don't be fooled by how small that Fort Myers Beach condo or single home is. They might be power houses like the mighty mouse. Small but in a great location beats much larger in a less popular area.This Fort Myers Beach vacation home below is tiny. I saw the inside a year ago. I doubt its more then 450 square feet.But its a rental winner and a financial success. For these investors who think that that large home on the beach may be a better stronger investments:do your research.There is no denying that a home or condo smack on the Gulf Of Mexico of Fort Myers Beach makes sense in this buyer's market in the longer run, but if you are looking for a faster return: look for smaller.

This home is located some 100 feet or so from the beach. This one is no longer for sale, however we have dozens of very affordable Fort Myers Beach properties. Some are indeed on the smaller side but they make a lot of sense.Fort Myers Beach investors may be hard pressed to take a look at these mighty mouse.

You will surprise to find out that this small cottage gets $400+ a week in season from December to mid April.

Welcome to our tropical island. Fort Myers Beach is a barrier island located in Lee County.

Technically the community of Fort Myers Beach includes Estero, the larger 7 mile island and the smaller sister island called San Carlos. It is a well known island located south of Sanibel island and north of Bonita Springs and some 26 miles to Downtown Naples.

It main features is obviously its beach which is also 7 mile long and is known to be the Florida safest beach, at least it is one of the safest. its numerous canals splitting dozens of streets in its width in to the back bay or Estero Bay, its fishing which tradition goes back over 2000 years ago when the Calusa Indians: History of the Calusa Indians

controlled a large part of southwest Florida, its many bars,

Smokin' Oyster Brewery (S.O.B.) a local bar with good food

restaurants, bistros and shops which all have that island touch, and its vibrant artistic community. It also has an outgoing center in downtown near the pier. Downtown FMB .

Yes we are going through the Dog days of summer but I am glad we are part of this small community. I was also glad to see that my home appreciated 2.5% in the last 30 days. The deals are still here but these interested Fort Myers Beach Real Estate better move sooner then later. Either way, come and visit us and welcome to our tropical island.
