Julington Creek Plantation Schools continue to stand out from the rest in Florida!!!

The saying "it takes a village" couldn't be more true when it comes to raising our children and encouraging their successes while in school. I am a true believer as parents we must work as a team with our children's teachers and school administrators to ensure they are receiving the best education possible. It is an added bonus when those teaching and/or engaging with our students prove to be exceptional in their own right.

On November 17, 2010, the Florida Board of Education announced the three state-wide finalists for Outstanding Assistant Principal. Of the many hundreds of assistant principals, Julington Creek Plantation's very own Fruit Cove Middle School's Emily Harrison was nominated as one of the three finalist. Happy New Year and wishes for a better 2009 in Real Estate. My resolution is to keep a positive attitude about Real Estate this year and to continue to be a source for pertinent real estate information for my clients and customers. Now is a great time to buy for many reasons:

1. Interest rates are at the lowest they have been in 50 years!
2. The $7500 tax credit is available for purchases until July 1, 2009
3. Seller's are very willing to negotiate with you.
4. There is an abundant inventory of homes from which to choose.
5. Prices are lower and you can buy more house than you previously thought you might be able to afford.

So everyone in Real Estate make this resolution: to be positive, to continue to be a great source of information and to go to work even when you don't want to - it might pay off!
