The Reserve is a small luxury golfing community of 42 single family homes located in HUDSON, Florida 34667. The community is located off of Hudson Avenue and is just a short distance to HCA Regional Medical Center, Hudson Beach, Hudson Library, and is just 40 minutes from Tampa International Air Port, via the Suncoast Parkway 589 Toll Road.

The Reserve was established in the mid to late 1990's and the community belongs to the master association of The Estates of Beacon Woods Golf and Country Club. Home owners in The Reserve enjoy the use of The Estates Country Club, Pool, Tennis, Shuffle Board, Basket Ball, Gym, and Bocce Ball court.
