The Hamptons at Maplewood feature beautifully constructed CBS single-family homes that offer open living areas, two car garages, and large backyards. 2008 has been at active year at The Hamptons at Maplewood. This past holiday season Santa stopped by to say hi to all the neighborhood children and residents. Extra security patrols have been put in place, along with free home inspections courtesy of My Safe Florida Home. Irrigation checks were also done to make sure all residents were getting the proper coverage and repairs were fixed.
