The reviews sound great. Jupiter Farms is an equestrian area just west of the turnpike. There are many beautiful farms and country homes in this area. Plenty of short order places to catch a quick burger on the run, but nothing quite like the Equestrian Park Grill.
It is amazing how word travels. I have already gotten information that this is the place to go for a super evening of dining and enjoy the countryside. The drive is only about a mile and half from the turnpike and highway 95. I get excited when we have new businesses open, especially when they are related to our equestrian friends. Jupiter Farms is located west of highway 95 and is a lovely place to live and have horses. If you are lucky you may find a five acre area to build your dream equestrian estate. Jupiter Farms is fifteen minutes to the Atlantic Ocean and only a few to the famous Palm Beach Gardens Mall.

Jupiter Farms is a popular, semi- rural community of about 16 square miles near the coast of Florida. Here on home sites of 1.25 acres or more, residents can own horses, enjoy the frequent visits by wildlife, have a big garden or just enjoy the peace and quiet away from the restrictions imposed by Homeowners Associations. Out here, you can do as you please. But this is a double sided sword since your neighbors can also.
The Farms, as locals call it, does have a tightly knit group of representatives called the Jupiter Farms Residents who constantly monitor the actions of developers, builders and the County to ensure the Farms lifestyle stays just the way it is. For example, when McDonald's wanted to open a restaurant here, the JFR made sure the architectural style would be harmonious with the rural lifestyle.
With all this farm activity, one popular spot is Town and Country Feed & Supply which is always busy as people pick up hay and other horse supplies, or feed for their backyard chickens or maybe some baby chicks during the spring when day-old chicks are brought in and quickly find homes. Some don't make it to adult hood since the community is patrolled by hawks who are always happy to spot a chick out in the open since they are easy prey. Those that do make it to adult hood always have to keep an eye out for raccoons since chicken is always on their menu.
Burt Reynolds, Jupiter's most famous son, owned property here where he hoped to open a studio but it never got off the ground and now the only sign of him is the Burt Reynolds Museum on US Highway One and his house a little further up the road that you can still pick up for around $ 8 million. I'm sure he would love to get rid of it since it has been on the market for years. This is kind of surprising since he owns around 3 acres on the Intracoastal Waterways with the only neighbors to the north being Jonathan Dickinson State Park. But, back to the Farms.
Homes in Jupiter Farms range from modest, frame houses built during the 1970's all the way through new construction currently under way. You can find any home style or price you would like or a lot to build on in Jupiter Farms. You just can find any choking HOA restrictions.
