Chica Margarita (the 3rd and final home on the Street of Dreams) built by Victoria Martoccia of Martoccia Custom Construction with interiors by Anne Rue was designed with an active family in mind. The home encompasses over 10,000 square feet of living space, but has a way of wrapping itself around you so that you feel comforted by it's grandness, which is truly an achievement that very few homes of this size ever attain.
I was really impressed by the fact that this home doesn't have... a formal living room. They say that the design trends always start in the luxury homes. I hope that the production builders take note from these two trend setters that real living doesn't include a formal living room. Real life brings people to the kitchen, a game room and outdoors, hopefully this innovative team will lead the way to new design changes for the masses.
From the dog wash in the garage to the best game room I've ever seen with beer tap, frozen margarita maker and two lane bowling alley, this home is all about an active lifestyle. It isn't hard to imagine the house bustling with family and friends, dogs barking and children splashing in the pool.
The other homes made me ask, who would live here... this house tells you. Anne Rue did an amazing job of taking the owner's personalities and incorporating them into a home that gives you the feeling that you know them, that is truly what an interior designer does, takes the essence of a family and translates it to furniture, fixtures and floor covering. Anne Rue has a gift and this masterpiece proves it.
It's quite easy to see that this was my absolute favorite... they had me at the antler chandelier.

DIRECTIONS to Shuttle Parking Lot: From I4: Take exit 98, W Lake Mary Blvd./Heathrow, Go West on Lake Mary Blvd. to Markham Woods Rd turn left, Go 1 mile - turn left on Long Pond Rd., Go .5 mile - turn left into Veramonte, Shuttle will bring you to Lake Club
PARKING: Free parking is available off site. A free shuttle will bring you from the parking lot to the Ticket Office.
SNACK BAR: Sandwiches, wraps, salads, snacks and beverages are available for sale at the Street of Dreams Café. Managed by Gooding's Catering.
