When we decided to sell our South Florida home the search began to find a realtor.
Having lived there for 25 years plenty came to mind. However, we needed someone who
was knowledgeable, sincere and had the marketing sense to sell our home. We certainly
found that with “Nick”.
We flew in to interview Nick and set a price for the home, we immediately felt he was the
person we were looking for. Being out of town homeowners a connection with open,
honest communication was paramount!
Of course at first we thought Nick was the typical realtor …get a listing and wait, not
Nick.
He used a service called Centralized Showing, this was a great thing for us. All showings
were communicated with us and all feedback was documented for us to see. Not being
there to personally see the showing this certainly kept us in the loop. We set a price and
“tested” the market, Nick at no time pushed us to do anything, he gave us straight
information and left the decisions to us. In December of 2011 our situation had changed
and we needed to SELL! I flew down met with Nick and asked what needs to be done?
With his advice and a proper price reduction which we the seller set, within 15 days Nick
had a qualified cash buyer and contract for us to consider! The transaction closed within
weeks of contract.
We had special circumstances to be considered with the showing, marketing and sale of
this property. Honestly we could not have done it with any other Realtor than Nick. He
assisted us with attorneys, property management, and whatever we needed from him as
out of town clients. Today Nick is considered a friend of our family.
Everybody has different circumstances when it comes to buying or selling a home, it can
be a stressful and certainly emotional experience. If you are looking for someone who
