Sales of luxury-level homes in the Orlando FL residential real estate market has markedly improved over the last year.

Inventory of houses for sale has dropped by a healthy 32%. Moreover, the drop in inventory is directly linked to the number of houses sold rather than of homeowners giving up and ‘going home’.
