A great place for the kids to play all year round. Open fields, playgrounds, shelters for cookouts, canoe rentals and trails. Further back in the park is a professional BMX track with open practice Wednesday and racing on Friday. The park also has an archery area away from the family areas, and a dirt RC car race track in the rear of the property. Horse trails surround the land and wind through the woods. It's a good cheap way to keep the kids entertained and get them off the video games.

Judging by the signs and billboards for new homes you'd think the housing boom was coming back. There has been a definite increase in the amount of signs advertising new homes in Lutz FL and surrounding areas. Is there a housing boom in the Tampa area? I don't think so, but it has been reset. The developments that went backrupt or closed down over the past few years have now been repurchased at todays values. This "reset" in pricing has made it possible for builders to start building at todays prices and once again compete with the lower Tampa real estate values. The market is healing, it's happening, just give it time.

If you want to buy a home near Tampa, Florida, look no further than Heritage Harbor in Lutz. I have seen much of the available inventory over the past week and there are some great homes ready and waiting for new owners. As I was showing properties, I noticed well-kept homes on manicured lots. I saw friendly people taking an evening walk and/or walking their pets.
Heritage Harbor's proximity to the Veterans Expressway and I75 via Dale Mabry make commuting to downtown Tampa or the Airport business district workable. The neighborhood boasts A-rated schools. You will also find outstanding amenities like golf, a clubhouse, fitness center, pool with water slide, basketball, tennis courts, playground and more.
