About Marco Island's Hideaway Beach

Marco Island truly offers all kinds of locations and real estate to chose from: Marco Island Beachfront homes or condominiums, homes or condominiums within walking distance to the beach, estate-sized homes and homesites with or without gulf access are just some of the choices.

We also offer waterfront homes and homesites on indirect access canals (canals that have at least one bridge to go under to get to the gulf). These canals are great for most boats. Of course, sailboats with permanent masts and larger boats can't get under these bridges. But most boats like pontoon party boats and other boats up to 28 feet and more travel with ease through these canals.

Away from the water, Marco offers homes and homesites surrounding the Marco Island Country Club. This is a private club, but the larger homesites get great park-like views of the golf course. There are also other inland locations within walking distance to our many community amenities: the library, Mackle Park, YMCA, racket center, elementary and middles schools, shopping centers, churches and beaches.

Another special area is Marco Island's Hideaway Beach. This Marco Island Beachfront gated community offers homes and condominiums with resort-like amenities such as a 9-hole golf course, state of the art sports center and a new beachfront clubhouse all in a lush tropical setting.

Cape Marco and Key Marco are also gated communities. Marco Island Beachfront Cape Marco, at the south end of the beach, condominium living with many breath-taking views of the gulf from spacious high-rise residences with a variety of floor plans. Key Marco offers a unique setting of varying terrain, unlike the rest of Marco. They have estate-sized homes and homesites. Again, a variety of amenities are here including a docking facility.

Marco Island has so many special locations to see if you're thinking of buying. Other special areas include Old Marco with its historic flavor and Sheffield Avenue with homes nestled in tropical foliage backing up to Barfield Bay.
