Quantum on the Bay Condos are located at 1900 N Bayshore Drive Miami, FloridaOn Saturday we showed units at Quantum on the Bay for sale.  While we walked through the amenities area I took this picture of the pool and of the weight room.  I was pretty impressed with the building as I haven’t been in there in a few months, it looks great.  Also the fitness center was busy!  I saw trainers setting up classes, they have a front desk with a vendor and class schedules, etc.

Quantum on the Bay looks like they are doing well for a newer building.  Pretty impressed this past weekend while showing.
