The 17-story structure of the famous Roney Palace in South Beach, FL has 525 condo units. This building encompasses an entire city block (23 - 24th of Collins Ave in South Beach)

The original Roney Plaza Hotel was built in 1925 by N.B.T. Roney. It was a tropical resort where Hollywood celebs and visiting VIPs lounged under the ocean-front hotel’s cabanas sipping on their cocktails.
