These are statistics for the Community of Villages of Fireside in the Middleburg area. This is a snapshot of this year’s sales activity year to date . Villages of Fireside is located in Clay County-south of County Road 220 and east of County Road 209, The neighborhood consists of single family homes built between 1989 and 2004. These homes were constructed by one well known national builder and one local builder, mostly of all brick or stucco exterior. There are approximately 400 homes in Villages of Fireside. The community amenities include access to Black Creek, which is great for boating and fishing.

RIDAUGHT LANDING is located in Clay County, south of CR220 and east of CR209. Home to approximately 400 homeowners, development of the subdivision began in the mid 80’s. Those early homes boasted large lots and country atmosphere and the surrounding area was considered quite rural. In the early 90’s development began again as additional phases were becoming available to new residents. These newer homes offered a slightly smaller lot size. A considerable amount of new development (such as Villages of Fireside and Eagle Glen) to the south, along CR209 and CR739 created a less rural aspect of the area, Widened access roads and businesses, shopping, and schools, being within a few minutes drive. This community offers homes ranging in size from approx 1400 to over 2000 square feet. Ridaught Landing has an HOA with an annual fee of approximately $100 annually.
