RIDAUGHT LANDING IN MIDDLEBURG FL
RIDAUGHT LANDING is located in Clay County, south of CR220 and east of CR209. Home to approximately 400 homeowners, development of the subdivision began in the mid 80’s. Those early homes boasted large lots and country atmosphere and the surrounding area was considered quite rural. In the early 90’s development began again as additional phases were becoming available to new residents. These newer homes offered a slightly smaller lot size. A considerable amount of new development (such as Villages of Fireside and Eagle Glen) to the south, along CR209 and CR739 created a less rural aspect of the area, Widened access roads and businesses, shopping, and schools, being within a few minutes drive.
