Over the past few years home buyers in southwest Florida have enjoyed reduced prices and a great deal of inventory, resale and new. But, as always happens, the new inventory is now all but gone. Buyers were able to walk into most any of the communities with new construction and pick a home at a good price from standing inventory and take delivery.
