The Longleaf community has many things to offer its residents such as a large heated lap pool and spa, playground,tennis courts, basketball, 3 mile paved nature trail, acres of greenbelts, parks, a bass lake for fishing and other lakes. Longleaf also has community ball games on village green, neighborhood preschool, elementary school, retail shops, various gatherings and clubs for kids and adults. Small town feel with all the amenities. The zip code is 34655. The community has both single family homes and townhomes.
Inland homes is building townhomes and single family homes in Longleaf. Inland Homes has won numerous awards in the Parades of Homes. They have built homes in many communities throughout Tampa Bay including Tampa Palms, Meadowpointe, Highland Park, Sterling Hill, Ballentrae and Oak Tree. They offer single family homes on 40 to 80 foot lots and have two townhome product lines. Inland Homes prides itself on paying attention to details. Their attention to details makes their homes beautiful.
The Enclave at Longleaf is a townhome community. Inland is focusing on making their town homes energy efficient with double pane windows and block construction that features radiant heat barrier insulation. The homes are a little more then 1500 square feet with 2 car garages and start in the high $100,000's.
Inland is also building Florida Certified Green Single Family Homes in Longleaf. They have four floor plans. They are three and four bedroom homes from 2145 square feet to 2814 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid $200,000's.
