This morning about 8:30am a woman called on one of my listings.

I wished her good morning and asked her for her name.

I understood her to say “the buyer” that’s what I heard; I asked her again “what is your name please? So that I may call you appropriately

Again I heard her to say “the buyer”;I am thinking “OK if you are reluctant to give me your name, I have doubt in my mind” so I asked her the 3rd time “would you mind to spell your name for me please”

She spelled it out “Dee Beyer” I apologized and explained to her what I thought and told her the information of the property from the sign call. She is here with her husband for a vacation, liked the house they saw and were not interested in other houses. The house has a contract and a back-up contract.

From the experience above, I must learn to listen better or I need a hearing aid? Na…I am too young for it. Pay attention and listen.
