Living nearby Marion Landing, I often see folks out for a walk with their friends or their pets enjoying the fresh air and sunshine along the beautifully landscaped roads with bunnies hopping all around. The Clubhouse almost always has some kind of activity going on, it is rare to see the parking lot empty. Seems pretty active to me! Another really nice feature is that there are several churches within walking distance of the entrances to the community.
There are quite a few subdivisions where you may want to consider retiring to, Marion Landing is certainly one of them. When you look at all the attributes of Marion Landing and the length of time that people live there in comparison to other 55+ Communities I think Marion Landing is a wonderfully desirable community to spend some of your latter years in the warmth of Ocala. No matter where you came from you may not want to return after you've spent some fun times in Marion Landing.
