Orange Park Country Club and Loch Rane is located in Clay County, west of Blanding Blvd, A gated golf community, it comprises two sections. Just inside the gate, off of Kingsley Ave is Loch Rane of which approximately 414 families call home. Orange Park Country Club is located slightly to the west and contains approximately 900 homes.

FOXRIDGE IN ORANGE PARK FLORIDA 32065
Located south of I295 and west of Blanding Blvd, Foxridge is called home by approximately 700 homeowners. Construction of the first homes began in the mid 70’s and continued through the late 80’s. Predominately, homes are all brick construction and were considered executive homes when new. The neighborhood boasts rolling hills and a landscape not common in Florida.

THE MEADOWS AND LAKESIDE ESTATES IN ORANGE PARK FL
Located in Clay County, south of I295, along Moody Rd, and east of Blanding Blvd I95, The Meadows and Lakeside Estates is called home by approximately 330 homeowners in The Meadows and approximately 1200 in Lakeside Estates. Construction of the first homes began in the late 1960’s and continued through 1985. These neighborhoods offer homes ranging from approx 1300 to over 2000 square feet with ¼ to approx ½ acre home sites.
Since last month, list prices and pending prices are edging up slightly. Closed prices dipped most likely due to old inventory and distressed property which remained vacant for months if not years. Inventory as a whole is decreasing.
