These statistics for a small section of Orange Park, commonly referred to as Clay County side of Argyle. This area is located in Clay County off Chestwick Oaks Ave, and is just south of the Duval/Clay line. It comprises the subdivisions of Deerfield Pointe, Olde Sutton Park, Olde Sutton Oaks, Savannah Glen, Spencers Crossing, Spencers Plantation, Sweetbriar, Watermill, and Cranes Landing. Predominately the HOA’S are small and average $100 per year. These neighborhoods consist mostly of single family homes and construction began in the mid 1990’s through 2005.
