Are BAD AGENTS Making it Harder on all of us?
LET ME START OUT WITH A REMINDER TO ALL OF US, OTHER REALTORS ARE OUR CLIENTS TOO!!!
And they are the MOST IMPORTANT since they are REPEAT CLIENTS!!!
#1 The Orlando MLS System allows Secure Showing Instructions for REALTORS EYES ONLY yet they'll put in the instructions CALL LISTING AGENT. So we call their cell # and they don't answer and don't call back for hours if at all. MAKE IT EASY TO SHOW YOUR LISTINGS!
#2 I presented an offer to a listing agent by email on Friday at 6:12pm and at 6:18pm the agent sends back an email that says I will forward to the seller but XYZ and YXZ have to be removed because the bank won't accept it. LET THE SELLER ACCEPT OR REJECT OFFERS!
#3, #4, #5 Buyers agents doesn't lock up, let their clients use the bathroom when the water is off, make an appointment with the seller to see the home and doesn't show up and doesn't call to cancel. CUT THE CRAP!
Working as a REALTOR is tough enough so if you cannot act as a professional and follow the rules,
GET OUT!!!
