January 2009 Ormond By The Sea Condo Sales

Realtors sold three Condos in Ormond By The Sea in January 2009 through the Daytona Beach Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS). All 3 sales were in direct oceanfront buildings. A one bedroom at Sands Point was sold by Marion O'Connor of Ocean View Realty Group for $95,000. A studio at Aquarius Condo sold for $116,900 and a 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Seawinds sold for $257,000. There were also 3 sales in January 2008 and January 2007. If we look back to January 2005 there were 13 sales. Except for two units, all of the 2005 sales were within 2 months of listing. The shortest time for a January 2008 Condo sale was almost 6 months from listing.
