BallenIsles, one of Palm Beach Gardens' luxury country club communities, has about 90 homes for for sale in mid-January, 2010, with about half of them priced at or below $600,000 providing outstanding opportunities for interested buyers.

Prices of homes in BallenIsles were an average 20 percent lower in 2009 than they were in 2008. It is too early to determine the pricing trend for 2010, but many believe prices have stabilized in many communities including BallenIsles.

This upscale country club community is home to about 1500 families spread among 32 subdivisions. There are three golf courses and a newly constructed tennis and fitness center. House throughout the community range in price from the high $200,000's up to multi-millions.

In early 2010 there were about 90 homes on the market in BallenIsles ranging from $275,000 for a 1677 square foot, three bedroom, two bath single family home up to $3.8 million for a 9386 square foot, six bedroom, seven bath mansion with a media room and a gym on a lake with golf views. Condos or coach homes in BallenIsles are selling for as low as the mid-$400,000's for a three bedroom, three bath unit.

BallenIsles is located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, just east of the Turnpike running between PGA Boulevard on the North and Northlake Boulevard on the south. It is extremely convenient to the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Legacy Place and the PGA corridor of restaurants and boutiques. BallenIsles is just about 15 minutes from local beaches and less than five minutes from major roadways.
