San Michele Palm Beach Gardens is a private gated community featuring ninety Mediterranean-style luxury homes. These Palm Beach Gardens residences offer large floor plans from 3,600 to 6,700 living square feet, some models provide up to seven bedrooms. San Michele amenities include a grande clubhouse, tennis courts, bike paths, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Homes for sale in San Michele currently range in price from $1,090,000 upwards to $1,750,000. Within the past six months there has been four homes sold in San Michele Palm Beach Gardens from $950,000 to $1,269,000.

Prices are dropping at San Michele in Palm Beach Gardens making homes in this small upscale executive community more attractive to buyers.

During the first quarter of 2011 just three homes sold in San Michele and they averaged $203 per square foot, a decline of more than 15 percent since 2008 sales. During all of 2010 there were five homes sold averaging $226 per square foot.

San Michele is a gated community of about 90 executive homes in the northern section of Palm Beach Gardens, just west of Central Avenue at Hood Road. Homes were built in the past seven years and feature at least four bedroom, exquisite finishes, granite counters and high end appliances.

Most homes have pools and some are two story dwellings. Sizes range from nearly 4000 square feet to over 6000 square feet under air. There is a community pool and tennis court.

In early May, 2011 there were seven homes on the market in San Michele including one short sale.
