Westwood Gardens was built in 1984 and is a townhouse community of 500 villas. All villas are the same size offering two and three bedroom floor plans. A large number of the villas have their own private pools. Amenities include three community pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse with an on site management.
Maintenance include, cable, exterior maintenance, insurance on the structure, lawn care, roof and fence.
One pet is permitted up to 50 pounds, and you are allowed to rent your villa once per year. Trucks are allowed as long as they have no business lettering.
