About Palm City's Palm City Farm

Palm City Farms is blessed with many equestrian facilities.  I enjoyed seeing most all of them this past week.  An equestrian facility is almost like evaluating a home that you are selling.  What amenities does it have?  What was the purpose for its development? Luxury, function, size, location?  It's almost the same as doing a CMA for a home. After all is said and done, Palm City has something for everyone.  I am just really proud to have the most pristine facilities for one of my listings.

This is QUAIL HOLLOW FARMS.  This farm is at the top of the list in any other area.  This facility has it all, Luxury, function, size, and the famous word, location.  The facility in on 14.2 acres parrellel to Citrus Boulevard and Quail Hollow Street.  The large white Steel Arena and its crisp white PVC fencing makes a statement while taking the drive through the estate facility. 

 

Many people think of Wellington when thinking of dressage and events. An area just 35 minutes north of Palm Beach is called Palm City Farms. This was at one time landscaping and cattle. Now some of the most pristine equestrian farms are found in Palm City Farms. Just this weekend, Henk van Bergen will hold a clinic at prestigious, Quail Hollow Farms. The Clinic will be Sept 6 & 7. Quail Hollow Farms is a 19.2 acre farm surrounded by beautiful crisp PVC fencing, twin Key West Style barn and an estate home to go with it. I have this farm listed at a very good price at $2,600.000. We have had a price reduction; however, if you view my website you will see this is beautiful.
Also. there are great opportunities to take in the Meadow Run Equestrian Community. This is directly across the street from Quail Hollow. Stately homes are being built in this development and there is an equestrian center for the community. For a low, low price of $171,000, five acres can be purchased and have a neighbor in a mansion just across the street.
There are also opportunities for equestrian property a little west of Palm City near Okeechobee. Sherman Ranches is another equestrian development that got stung and is coming back. Nine beautiful acres in this community can be purchased for $329,000. Travel to West Palm, Okeechobee and Palm City is just minutes away.
Boarding facilities are opening with huge facilities and arenas. Just within the last year there have been three huge boarding companies move to Martin County for only boarding.
Palm CIty also is located between Highway 95 and the Florida Turnpike. This is an easy access especially when pulling a horse trailer.
I feel our area is starting to bud a little. We have seen a stand still for a while but I believe there is light coming over the horizon.

I have always loved art. Artist are so valuable to all of us. They create impressions of our feelings and our everyday life. Lisa Stokes, an artist, is from the Palm City, Florida area. While Lisa and I talked about hores, real estate and other things, I did not know about her wonderful talent as an artist. One day for some reason, I got an opportunity to look at Lisa's work. Quail Hollow Equestrian Farm's main home place is being sold in a separate parcel. Five acres has a four stall barn, large garage, feed room, tack room, guest house, lovely courtyard pool, and historic value. I just could not hold myself back from this one. Is this not funny? No! we are not red necks, we just like to have a good time. Everyone wants a sign like this to direct the party traffic, or put out in front of your estate. Someone brought this to the last party we gave and stuck it up for traffic directions.
