Palm Pointe and Palm Isles Homes in Palm City, Florida

Palm Pointe/Palm Isles is a small family friendly gated community in Palm City, Florida that is made up of 143 homes that is within walking distance to the Hidden Oaks Middle School and only a short bike ride to the palm City Elementary School, both of which are ‘A’ rated. Only a couple of miles away is Martin County High School as well. Palm Isles is also close to the many great shopping and entertainment opportunities of Martin County such as the beaches, downtown Stuart, and the Treasure Coast Square Mall. Palm Isles’ closeness to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike allows residents that choose to commute, quick and easy access to these highways, or if you’re just looking for a great night out or a quick trip either north or south, West Palm Beach is only 30 minutes away, while Orlando and it’s ‘magic’ theme parks are a two hour drive.

Palm Pointe/Palm Isles has two lighted tennis courts that get regular use by residents.

The pool is open year-round (but not heated). During the long, hot summer days, it is open until 10 p.m. In winter, it closes at dusk. The main pool measures 20 feet by 40 feet and is 3 to 6 feet deep. The kiddy pool is about 8 feet around and 16 inches deep. The cabana has a men’s and a ladies’ restroom.

Four cameras show the swimming pool, the Palm Pointe gate and the Palm Isles gate. All are recorded 24 hours a day to capture security issues such as gate damage or pool damage. A banner runs along the bottom of the screen giving information and phone numbers for management and security.

The Palm Pointe/Palm Isles common areas are irrigated with water from the lakes. This is surface water, collected from runoff from rainfall. Each lake has a “pump station,” which consist of a pump, motor and a recharge well to put water into the lake during periods of drought.
