Who would have ever thought that a Cinnamon Beach condo that sold for $599,000 in 2005 and then again for $345,300 in 2011, would have closed sale less than a month ago for a crazy cheap price of $190,000. That figures out to be a jaw dropping $95 per square foot. The condo was a bank owned sale and was originally listed for $215,000.
