Fox Ridge is a nice gated community with an entrance on Pine Island Road just across from the Parkland Isles east gate. Fox Ridge has 2800 square feet and larger homes on 1/3+ acre lots. FoxRidge Estates has bigger estate homes on 1/2+ acre lots and many have water views. The community features bike paths, tennis court, and lakes throughout. There are about 600 homes priced from $500,000 to $1.2 million. Only the outer circle of Fox Ridge & Fox Ridge Estates has water views and the interior lots are known for high ficus hedges that give homeowners a lot of privacy. Fox Ridge is Bordered by Parkland Golf & Country Club to the north and Meadow Run to the south. There is no through traffic in this gated neighborhood because there is only one entrance in and out of the neighborhood.
