About Parkland's Pine Tree Estates

Pinetree Estates is an ungated community of larger homes on huge lots. Most homes have over an acre which is very unique in South Florida Real Estate. To get to Pine tree estates you have to travel on Holmberg Road in Parkland Florida. There are a few buildable lots left in town with prices ranging from $350,000 to $450,000 per acre. Home prices range from about $500,000 to over $3 millon. Most people like the fact that there is no homeowners association so there are no HOA dues to be paid.

Horses can be kept in this area of Parkland so it is known as an equestrian community but most homes are single family and horses are kept in the ranches. Pinetree Estates started building in the 1970's and there are many homes from the 1980's, 1990's and today!
