We have something for everyone, sports for for kids and adults, scrapbooking (don't laugh it is loads of fun) and lots more. When I refer someone I always call the person and let them know that I am referring them and they know that I will follow up to see that the person was happy and taken care of. I will also let the company or person I referred them to know what the experience was like and if it could be better. One of the best parts and most fun is when I refer someone to my lender, lawyer, team member if possible I sit down with them afterwards and go over how to make it better or if that is possible.

The reason I like referrals and started 10 years ago pretty much handling referrals only was because I can do three times as much business with 1/3 the amount of clients and the closings are just too easy. If you give super service, be a super servant you will be a super salesperson without selling. I have over 22 five generations of families that work with me. A funny but true story was I had this ladies great grand daughter that I was working with ask if I would lower my fees, it happened while we were enjoying a break at a very nice resturant and the elder told her that "He doesn't charge the family anything the buyer pays it" I can only assume she thought since the buyer was the only one that brought money to closing they paid everyone. These are people I love to work with and they know my true value as an agent or person.

Cantonment Rotary Club As well I mention my Rotary Club of Cantonment.
