The Bayshore is Pensacola's oldest condo complex and is truly a unique place. The building has almost been entirely redone and looks great! It has loads of amenities including beautiful community rooms, nice large patio, beautiful new pool, pier (coming back soon), sandy beach, workout room, onsite manager, 24 hour doormen that are fabulous - they open the door for you, greet you when you come and go, help unload your car from shopping trips, sign for packages if you are away, look after your condo when you are gone, etc, etc. There really is a nice atmosphere to the place. This is the kind of place where you know your neighbors and share holidays together like celebrating the 4^th of July by the pool! The prices are fabulous and the complex will see a significant increase in value in a shorter period of time than most of the other places in town. It is the best waterfront value right now. The one bedroom units golf course side run in the mid to upper 70's to low 80's, the 2 bedrooms range from the mid 130s to the low 200's depending on golf course or bayfront side and the three bedrooms range from lower 200's - to upper 200's. The condo fees cover your insurance, management, doormen, water, garbage, cable and maintenance. If you have never been to Bayshore then you have to come and visit - you will love it!
