Cypress Bend in Pompano Beach has great condos for sale

I write a lot about Palm-Aire Country Club because it is such a large property in Pompano Beach, however I want to take some time out to discuss other properties. Directly across the street from Palm-Aire is a little known development called Cypress Bend.

Cypress Bend is technically in Pompano Beach, however it sits just North of the border betweeen Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale. It is also located close to the cities of Oakland Park and Wilton Manors. Like Palm Aire, Cypress Bend is centrally located near both major highways. Lots of restaurants and shopping can be found nearby along Powerline Road.

Cypress Bend offers some fantastic features that are not found in a lot of condos in Broward County. First and foremost, it is a pet-friendly community. Most associations allow pets (cats, dogs, etc.) up to 15 or 20 pounds. This is a wonderful thing because a great deal of the condominums in South Florida do not actually allow pets. If you are like me, you love your pet and you would do almost anything to keep him or her with you where ever you live.

Another one of Cypress Bend's great features is that 90% of the properties here have water views. Most of those views are of the lakes that are all over the community. The properties that border the south part of Cypress Bend view a long wide canal, otherwise known as cypress creek, hence Cypress Creek Road which is the next major road to the South.

Cypress Bend also sits right next to the new Isle Casino and Horse Track. This casino is still very new and once it catches on it could potentially skyrocket the property values in Cypress Bend and Palm Aire.

I really cannot stress enough the ease of the location and proximity of all of the best things South Florida has to offer in relation to Cypress Bend. It is approximately 5 miles from the beach without the hastle of the beach traffic and salt water erosion and the high price of property.
