We're nearing the end of my series on the benefits of living in the beautiful community of Countryside in Port Orange Florida. For this post, we're going to take a look at "The Meadows", which is a section of Countryside, consisting of duplexes, quads, and triples, of condos and townhouses. Some are one-story, and some are two-stories. And location-wise, The Meadows is the closest mini-community to the Countryside pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts.

For all of you who are interested in buying or selling Port Orange real estate, I hope this post is educational for you. This is my 5th post about the beautiful, lake-filled community of Countryside in Port Orange Florida. For this post we're going to focus on another mini community within the master community of Countryside. So far we've covered

For this post, I'm going to briefly touch on the mini-community of Silver Lakes. Also located in Countryside, Silver Lakes is actually the same style community as Lake Pointe. It's a patio-home style neighborhood consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom homes, sometimes located on lakes, priced in the same range as the homes in Lake Pointe. These 2 communities are right beside each other and are both deed-restricted communities, but the Covenants and Restrictions are slightly different. And of course, being a part of Countryside, residents of Silver Lakes also have access to the beautiful Countryside clubhouse, sparkling swimming pool and tennis courts.

There are not currently any homes available for sale in Silver Lakes, but there are 2 on the market in Lake Pointe, if you'd like to refer to that post.

If you're looking to buy affordable home, in a classy, conveniently located community, consider buying a zero lot-line, low maintenance house in Lake Pointe Community in Countryside, located in beautiful Port Orange Florida. Many home owners in Lake Pointe have chosen that particular section of Countryside due to the smaller lots, which require less work to maintain. Throughout the year, you'll find many fun events for all the Countryside mini-communities being held at the Countryside clubhouse. It's a great way to meet lots of neighbors and have a great time. Residents are able to rent the Clubhouse for personal events as well. I've personally held my own parties there on several occasions. It's a fantastic space with a full kitchen, plenty of tables and seating, a DJ area, lobby and library.
