Countryside West. A Great Place to Buy a House in Port Orange Florida

Lisa Hill (Daytona Beach Real Estate): Real Estate Agent in Daytona Beach, FL
Buy a House in Beautiful Countryside West Community in Port Orange Florida.

Countryside ClubhouseFor the last week or so, I've been blogging about buying a house of a condo in all the different sections of the community of Countryside, located in Port Orange Florida. For this post, we'll first start with a glimpse at the homes you can buy in Countryside, and all the mini-communities within such as...

Now for the community of Countryside West. To get to Countryside West, you have to go into Countryside, then turn west into either Steeplechase, or Lake Pointe until you find Countryside West Blvd. While Countryside West is located inside of Countryside, it's actually NOT a part of the Countryside Master Home Owner's Association (HOA).

While Countryside West is a beautiful community; and it's property values have maintained fairly well lake at Countryside Westthroughout these difficult times, Countryside West home owners do not have the same amenities privileges as all the associations listed above, since it's not officially part of the Countryside master association, and no dues are paid to the Countryside HOA.

However, there is a beautiful lake in Countryside West, and the homes have the cathedral ceilings to which we've all become accustomed, and they do have their own Home Owner's Association. It is a gorgeous community with friendly neighbors (I take walks through Countryside West all the time), fantastic floor plans, and concrete contruction with stucco finish. There are a few bricks homes scattered throughout as well.

If you're looking to buy a house in Port Orange, I highly recommend buying a house in the independent, deed-restricted community of Countryside West.
