Just last week (5/8) I posted we had only 4 homes left in Oakbrook our Port Orange Community. Today, I'm happy to say say that we may have sold our last home yesterday (pending). It's been an exciting recent few months for us at Oakbrook and our other communities. Sales have picked up and we're moving our inventory fast!
