About Riverview's Shadow Run

Shadow Run in Riverview Fl, is one of the "secret communities" that many people are not aware of, but those that are find it one of the true gems of a neighborhood. Unique in many ways, Shadow Run has the unique feature of two entrances, but you can't drive from one to the other. Shadow Run is split by Lake Grady, half of Shadow Run is on one side, the other connected only by a walking/bicycle trail. If you are at the wrong side, plan on a drive of about 15 minutes to get to the other entrance!

With roughly 350 homesites, Shadow Run has only had about 275 homes built, ranging in value from about $100,000 to close to $600,000. Original homes were built in the 1980s, with the most recent construction right up until the current market downturn. Homesites vary in size, there are many with water views, some of Lake Grady, others of retention ponds. Shadow Run is one of few communities with actual ‘hills' of elevation change, streets run in random patterns, making it easy to get disoriented on your first visit.
