ICI Homes and Incentives: Bella Terra in Palencia

ICI Homes announced new incentives that will drastically help the home buyer when buying in the Bella Terra neighborhood of Palencia in St. Augustine, Florida. These incentives apply to all new construction to be built.

ICI Homes has announced they are offering a $25,000 "Designer Upgrades & Options of Your Choice". This can be a multitude of different options to the home buyer.

They may choose a Wine Closet and Storage with a year's supply of wine.

They may decide on Designer Flooring.

It could be an upgrade to Granite Countertops and a Summer Kitchen for the Lanai.

The phenomenal thing to the buyer is they get to choose the type of upgrade.

The second great offering to the buyer is the option to have ICI Homes pay all closing cost except for origination points and prepaids if they use their Preferred Lender.

This will save the buyer a lot of money that normally they would have to pay out of pocket.

Top Private Companies in Flager/Volusia Counties

ICI Homes was named by Volusia/Flagler Business Report as one of the Top Private Companies. Out of the top 50 companies that are based in Volusia/Flagler County they are the number three company on the list.

ICI Homes Increased revenue from 2008 through 2009. They started 2010 with a phenomenal start. They sold as much new construction pre-builds in January 2010 as they did in all of 2009.

ICI Homes builds neighborhoods with spec homes but also builds custom homes. One of the best features for the customer is that ICI Homes will take one of their plans and totally modify it to match the customers wishes and not charge the customer for plan renovations.

Another great item in dealing with ICI Homes is they ask for a nominal downpayment and they finance the construction of the new home. That way the customer does does not have to go through the headaches or the expense of a construction loan.

I want to personally congratulate ICI Homes on their continued success. Don Wilford, President of the North Florida Division of ICI Homes, is a major reason for the continued success. No matter what a customer ask he never says no. He always works out their request.

ICI Homes Building New Specs in Bella Terra

ICI Homes has announced they are going to build two new specs in the Bella Terra neighborhood in the upscale community of Palencia.

ICI Homes has announced they will be building 2 of their more sought after floor plans in the Bella Terra neighborhood. Before or during construction anyone desiring to purchase these particular homes will have the advantage of picking out their own colors and upgrades as building proceeds.

They have decided to build the Portofino (one story) and the Castillo Models (Courtyard with a Bonus Room over the garage) on Lots 186 and 187.

Both of these homes are fabulous. They are in the Palencia development which is a gated development with a Private Golf Course. Palencia has one of the finest Amenity Centers anywhere in North Florida.

The Portofino is approximately 2500 square feet and a true one story.

It has a phenomenal Lanai with a Summer Kitchen and Fireplace that makes you feel as if you are inside the home.

The Charms of Bella Terra: A Huge Success

This past Saturday was the "Fine" Wine & Cheese Function at the ICI Homes four Models in the Bella Terra neighborhood in the Palencia Development.

The event was Co-Hosted by ICI Homes and Davidson Realty Inc.

The purpose of the event was to invite customers that had visited the Models since the first of the year along with their respective agents if they were brought by an agent. The function was not open to the residents or the public. Through Relay Marketing invitations were mailed to the customers to create an invite only list of guest. Even though a large portion of the people invited lived out of state they still received an invitation.

The reason for hosting the event was to allow ICI Homes to unveil five new floor plans which three were new Courtyard designs.

There was Wine, Cheese, Deserts and various drinks such as soft drinks and coffee in the first and the fourth Model. There were musicians in all four Models.

Everyone had a great time and had the opportunity to talk one on one with Don Wilford who is the President of the North Florida Division of ICI Homes.

Everyone had plenty of food, drink and great music.

The really super part was our attendance was larger than expected and surprisingly with very few agents.

All of us with both companies want to thank the customers that attended very much for their support and interest in the ICI Homes product. We especially want to thank all of them for their support to the Nease High School Music department. One of the requirements to attend (even customers) was to RSVP and pay $10 per person with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the Music department at Nease High School. Nease High School is in the school zone for the Palencia Development.
