Builder Inventories mean substantial savings for consumers. Often a builder will build homes to keep in inventory. Unlike a model home, when there was high demand for housing, most consumers were unwilling to wait forseveral months while the homes they purchased were under construction. To speed along the process, many big builders built "inventory" homes. All well appointed and suitable for a fast sale. As the market began to slow down, several of the started "inventory" homes were in final stages of being completed.
Over the past several months, these Inventory Homes have seen huge price reductions as builders are looking to downsize the volume of homes they have in inventory, and return to more conventional contract build outs. Many Builders are vacating the area and not developing all og the properties originally planned.
Consumers have a rare opportunity to cash in on these homes. TYpically these homes are sharply discounted to achieve a fast sale. It is not uncommon to see a proce reduction anywhere from $30-60,000. As the Inventory reduces, the final sales price is usually at rock bottom and extremely competitively priced. Making it possible for a buyer to benefit from all of the upgrades, and premiums the builder built into the home free of charge.
These are Brand New Homes. If you have been considering purchasing a new home, certainly it is worth investigating some of the great deals currently available.
In central Florida, Osceola County for example there are still a few good deals to be had. With only three homes remaining to be sold in Bristol Cove by Inland Builders, the mark downs are extreme. For under $250,00 it is possible to buy a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a 2 car garage.
There is one 4 bedroom 3 bath, 3 car garage availabel for $274,990. Now is the time to consider grabbing a deal before they are gone. Buyers who have waited patiently for the market to adjust are going to get a lot of house for a little money.
