We all think we may know Wells Fargo Bank, but let me tell you about our personal experiece today with our local Wells Fargo Bank of St Lucie West. Today we met a personal banker named Brian and he explained that this bank is following the Keller Williams philosophy of WORLD DOMINATION in their industry and after I observed this bank in action for about an hour, I realized they just like myself, Kevin B Tolbert, PA of Keller Williams Realty are cut from the same cloth.

I have been in every bank in Port St Lucie, FL, Saint Lucie West, Tradition, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound, or Sewell's Point, and I have never seen any of these banks staffed so completely, and so customer friendly and ready to assist you with as few or as many banking options as you need to satisfy all your banking needs. Lake Charles in the City of Port Saint Lucie's, St Lucie West area is an absolute jewel of a community. The entry way is lush and well manicured leading to a manned gate. That's right a guard gate with an actual human being standing guard. The sense of security is magnified by the active Home Owners Association's "Citizen Patrol." Lake Charles is a very nice community and the residence seem ready willing and able to keep it that way.

The Bank Owned foreclosure and short sale market that have hit Port St. Lucie real estate, has not totally spared the real estate values in St. Lucie West.
