Granda Terrace subdivision is a historic area of mainly older custom, luxury homes. Many have a Mediterranean flavor. A few newer homes have been built in recent years. Granda Terrace is located in desirable Northeast St. Petersbug near Coffee Pot Bayou, some of the homes have docks on Coffee Pot Bayou. It is a short walk to St. Petersburg's waterfront parks. Residents can also walk or take a short drive to St. Petersburg's museums, BayWalk entertainment complex, the Vinoy, and all of downtown's shops, restaurants, galleries and nightlife. It is also just minutes to I-275 for a trip across the water to Tampa.
Come check out Grand Terrace in St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg also has over 130 parks with approximately 2,300 of public lands. It also has a seven mile downtown park that borders Tampa Bay. St. Petersburg also boasts having several unique parks including the 245 acre Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, Crescent Lake Park, Sunken Gardens, Historic Weedon Island Preserve and Treasure Island Beach. Thursday noon I attended a few Broker's Open Houses, three in fact, all between $1 Million and $3 Million in the Coffee Pot area of St Petersburg, Florida.
This home is a recently build Victorian style home. One of the most appealing features to me was this octagonal window, with its view of Coffee Pot Bayou (behind the tree). Other rooms have larger windows with views of the waterfront, but this one appealed to me because of the framing.
It's not always size that matters, it's interest, it's attraction.
