Isla Del Sol waterfront condos for sale, great deals, short sales and foreclosures.
Yesterday I showed some waterfront condos in Isla del Sol to my buyers. It is amazing how much the prices have gone down. We looked at a huge one bedroom one bath 765 sf in good condition and fully furnished with nice water views from the balcony on Bahia del Mar Blvd. The asking price is $159,900
This condo is the perfect vacation retreat or second home. Isla Del Sol in general has a very investment friendly rental policy and in this particular condo association they allow 30 day rentals. You can get some nice additional income with renting you condo, it will pay for the monthly maintenance fee and more and you can still use it for your own vacation.
Our next stop was Palm del Mar, the asking price for this condo was $144,900 and 780 sf. It also had a very nice size for a one bedroom one bath unit and the same kind of water view from the balcony.
Both of these waterfront condos had a fair maintenance fee of just a little over $300 and both allowed pets up to 20 pounds.
As you can see, maybe it is time to check on Isla Del Sol waterfront condos for sale, great deals, short sales and foreclosures.

Hi guys, Just went to Sun & Moon Dry Cleaners located in Tierra Verde. I must say, they are so accommodating, no matter what problem I have with my garments they really know how to care for it. I brought in Tommy Bahamas silk shirt that my friend had spilled olive oil all over. He wanted to throw it out and I said no I'll take it Sun & Moon they will if anything get it out. Sure enough I picked it up and it did all come out looked brand new. They were able to save the shirt. Alterations are fantastic, I had an emergency and they were able to have back in time for me. Their seamstress is excellent. So, if you are unhappy with the dry cleaners you are using, go to Sun & Moon, you will get the best service that you will not find anywhere else. Just information to share with everybody they are running a Monthly Special effective Nov. 1st Bring in 4 pants or 4 skirts or 2 pants & 2 skirts get the 5th FREE!!! of lowest price. I understand they are doing specials in the future and each month will be different garments. Go, you won't be disappointed.

La Puerta Del Sol condominiums are located on Isla Del Sol, which is an island in Boca Ciega Bay in southern St. Petersburg, Florida. Many of the condominium units have a beautiful view of Boca Ciega Bay. Some of the units have a view of the Isla Del Sol golf course. There is an in-ground pool which provides a view of the bay. The Gulf of Mexico and it's sandy beaches are located a short drive away, including Fort De Sota Park which was named the nation's best beach in 2005. It also is just minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, which is home to the Tampa Bay Rays.
La Puerta Del Sol condominiums consists of 278 units built in 1978. The units range in size from 960 square feet to 1588 square feet (There is one unit that is 2362 square feet which may be two units combined as one).
There are currently (as of 10/11/2008) 19 units in La Puerta Del Sol listed on the local multiple listing service for sale ranging is price from $189,900 tp $400,000. In 2008 there have been four units reported as sold on the local multiple listing service ranging in sales price from $200,000 to $305,000.

Isla Del Sol, St. Pete
It is shocking what the prices in Isla Del Sol have done this year. I just pulled the Comps on a typical condo in the Isla Del Sol area. 2 bedrooms 2 bath unit around 900 sf in Isla Del Sol and went back to May this year. The average price per sf. Is $230. Unbelievable, the prices were in a free fall the last couple of month. I do not know if you have ever been to St. Petersburg, Isla del Sol, but it is an awesome community, right on the Golf course sounded by water, very close to Fort de Soto and maybe I mile to St. Pete beach. Once you come to Isla del Sol, you feel like you are on a permanent vacation, lots of Palm tress, beautiful view onto Boca Ciega bay, tropical landscaping, incredible sunsets and on goes the list. If you just need a small unit or a second home, you have to check out Isla Del Sol first.
It truly is one of our most beautiful areas and I can not believe the prices right now.
This is the time to make a deal in real estate.
