Sanctuary By The Sea is a luxury condo development with prices ranging from $845,000 t0 $4.5 Million. The condos are very spacious with sizes ranging from 3100 to 7400 square feet. The condo that I just sold was offered completely furnished and it had a great gulf view. I met a really great guy through family and friends and he has an internet radio show called John Martin Small Business Round Table. The show is geared towards small businesses and entrepreneurs.
