It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that originally sold for $635,000 and now is on sale as a bank foreclosure for $179,000. It is super clean inside and only needs a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Beaches of South Walton, Blue Mountain Beach

This view could be your view if you lived in Blue Mountain Beach. Blue Mountain Beach is located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. On this same road there are homes built in 1950 out of cinderblock that have withstood the tests of time and then there are brand new homes built out of ICF or Insulated Concrete Foam. The newest house on Blue Mountain Rd is x-Governor and Fox News Reporter Mike Huckabee who calls this area home. More likely to run into on this road are some of the area's most interesting locals.

Blue Mountain Beach is home to a health food store called "For the Health of It" where you can buy organic and gluten free foods as well as get a massage. A fresh Bakery called La Loba's and Big Daddy's Bike Rentals. It also has Sally's which is a gas station at day and an entertainment spot at night when you go in through the backdoor to Sally's Backside. We also have an Irish Pub called McTighe's Pub and a new restaurant called Maria's. The customer service level at Maria's is out of this world and the late night pizza and beer is available at McTighe's.

Whatever your liking, you will not have to travel far for an ice cream cone either with fresh made ice cream by the Blue Mountain Creamery.
